Use Cases
- Who's using which product? Applies to HHA, HOS, SNF, HME/INF, Strategy
- When was the last time a user was active in each product? Note: login reports show last login - usage reports show last activity date
- Include/exclude users who are no longer enabled - currently we show only enabled users and have no visibility into user accounts that have been disabled
- As a manager, show me activity/usage reports for all users in my reporting chain
